Sonata Commercial License Version 1.0 Copyright (c) 2025-present Hiddenmy and TariqIsHuman. All rights reserved. This license governs the use of Sonata and all related source code, components, templates, design files, documentation, configuration files, assets, and other materials included with the product, except for third-party software or assets that are covered by their own licenses. By downloading, installing, copying, modifying, deploying, or otherwise using Sonata, you agree to this license. If you do not agree, do not use Sonata. 1. Definitions "Licensor" means Hiddenmy and TariqIsHuman, jointly and/or their authorized representative, owner, publisher, marketplace account, or distributor for Sonata. "Licensee" means the person or legal entity that lawfully obtained Sonata from the Licensor or from an authorized marketplace or distributor. "Product" means Sonata, including its source code, components, layouts, styles, documentation, assets, examples, updates, and derivative materials based on Sonata. "Licensed Project" means a website, web application, deployment, or client project created by or for the Licensee using the Product. 2. License Grant Subject to compliance with this license, the Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to: a. install and use the Product; b. modify the Product for the Licensee's own needs; c. deploy the Product as part of one or more Licensed Projects, unless a separate purchase page, invoice, or written agreement states a stricter project or seat limit; d. create websites or applications for clients, provided that each client project is a Licensed Project and the Product is not transferred to the client as a reusable template, theme, starter kit, source-code product, or standalone asset package. 3. Permitted Use The Licensee may: a. change branding, colors, content, pricing data, copy, images, and layout; b. modify source code to fit a Licensed Project; c. deploy compiled, bundled, or rendered output to production; d. allow normal website visitors to receive frontend files that are necessary for the Licensed Project to function in a browser; e. make private backup copies for internal development and disaster recovery. 4. Restrictions The Licensee may not, without prior written permission from the Licensor: a. sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, share, publish, upload, leak, give away, or otherwise redistribute the Product or any modified version of it; b. sell or distribute the Product, or any derivative work based on it, as a template, theme, starter kit, boilerplate, UI kit, source-code product, resource, or competing product; c. claim authorship or ownership of the Product or imply that a modified copy is an original product unrelated to Sonata; d. remove, disable, bypass, alter, obscure, or tamper with license markers, download identifiers, anti-piracy placeholders, purchase verification, attribution notices, copyright notices, or other ownership notices included with the Product; e. crack, nulled-release, reverse engineer for redistribution, decompile for the purpose of creating a competing or redistributed product, or assist others in doing so; f. include the Product in another product or service that gives third parties direct or indirect access to the Product's source code or reusable template materials; g. upload the Product or a modified copy to a marketplace, public repository, file-sharing service, forum, chat server, or other distribution channel; h. use the Product in a way that violates the terms of the marketplace or platform through which it was obtained. 5. Client Work The Licensee may use Sonata to build a project for a client. The client may use the delivered Licensed Project as a finished website or application. Unless the client separately obtains a valid license, the Licensee may not transfer reusable source code, template files, theme files, or other Product materials to the client in a way that allows the client to reuse, resell, redistribute, or create separate projects from the Product. 6. Ownership The Product is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all copyrights, trade dress, design language, source code, and proprietary materials not expressly granted in this license. The Licensee owns the original content, branding, copy, configuration data, and custom code that the Licensee independently creates, but does not own the underlying Product or any derivative Product materials. 7. Third-Party Materials The Product may include or depend on third-party open-source packages, fonts, icons, libraries, or assets. Those third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. This license does not limit rights granted by third-party licenses where those licenses apply. 8. Anti-Piracy and Verification The Product may contain non-visual license markers, download identifiers, placeholders, or verification-related code intended to help identify leaks, unauthorized redistribution, or cracked copies. The Licensee must not remove, disable, bypass, alter, obscure, or tamper with these markers or mechanisms except with prior written permission from the Licensor. 9. Updates Updates, patches, and future versions of the Product are covered by this license unless the Licensor provides different terms with a specific update. The Licensor is not obligated to provide updates, support, or compatibility fixes unless separately promised in writing. 10. Termination This license terminates automatically if the Licensee breaches any term of this license. Upon termination, the Licensee must stop using the Product and destroy all unauthorized copies. Termination does not limit the Licensor's right to pursue legal or equitable remedies for unauthorized use, redistribution, cracking, leakage, or other breach. 11. No Warranty The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, compatibility, security, or error-free operation. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business, or production, arising from or related to the Product or this license. The Licensor's total liability for any claim related to the Product or this license will not exceed the amount paid by the Licensee for the Product in the twelve months before the claim arose. 13. Additional Permission If you need redistribution rights, extended client transfer rights, white-label resale rights, marketplace bundling rights, or any permission not granted by this license, you must obtain prior written permission from the Licensor. 14. No Open-Source Grant Sonata is not licensed under the MIT License, GPL, Apache License, Creative Commons license, or any other open-source or public license unless a separate file or written agreement expressly says otherwise. Public access to source code does not grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product beyond this license.
